These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RentalBot ("RentalBot," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using RentalBot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RentalBot provides tools to support direct bookings between hosts and guests. RentalBot is not a marketplace and does not own, manage, or operate any properties.

2. What RentalBot Does

RentalBot allows hosts to create booking links and guests to complete bookings once both sides agree on booking details.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for:

• • Ensuring property information, pricing, and availability are accurate
• • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations
• • Managing guest communication and agreements
• • Setting and enforcing house rules, contracts, and deposits (if any)
• • Resolving disputes directly with guests

RentalBot does not enforce host policies or intervene in disputes.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• • Reviewing booking details before payment
• • Communicating directly with the host regarding questions or concerns
• • Complying with house rules and agreements set by the host

RentalBot is not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of any property.

5. Payments and Fees

• • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• • Guests pay the amount set by the host
• • RentalBot charges a host service fee only when a booking is completed
• • RentalBot does not store payment card details

Refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed by the host's policies unless otherwise required by law.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

RentalBot does not determine cancellation or refund terms.

Any cancellation, refund, or dispute is handled directly between host and guest, subject to applicable laws and Stripe's payment rules.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

RentalBot is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• • Booking outcomes
• • Property condition or availability
• • Guest or host behavior
• • Uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RentalBot is not liable for:

• • Property damage
• • Personal injury
• • Lost profits or business interruptions
• • Disputes between hosts and guests

RentalBot's total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid to RentalBot for the relevant booking.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use RentalBot to:

• • Violate laws or regulations
• • Misrepresent properties or booking details
• • Engage in fraud or abuse
• • Interfere with the operation of the service

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms or the service at any time.

Continued use of RentalBot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
